What are your Dreams 2.0?

I woke up this morning horrible tired as I do every Monday morning at 5.45am, I am not a happy bunny before 9am but today I was excited. I can finally see the light at the end of one of the many tunnels I have going on in my life. DreamsRecycled.com 2.0 this is my dream graduating from an idea into a marketplace that launched in 2013 to now being re-launched as the Ultimate Divorce Resource and largest divorce related website in the world we believe. This blog isn’t about my website it’s about Dreams, how they are ever evolving ever changing and ever growing. In a knight’s tale the lovely Heath Ledger movie the lovely Heath sets his sights on the out of his league beautiful girl, when confronted by his friend that his sights are too high Heath simple says, “I know no other way”. What a lovely way to be to aim so high and only dream big.

My dreams are so big when I tell them to people they have laughed which I actually love, I think I can change people’s attitude towards divorce and I believe that in building one centralized divorce marketplace community that eventually we can use the power of numbers to change laws, help people reenter the workforce after divorce and most importantly get divorced in a more practical positive supported manner. I don’t think anything about me is any different than anyone else who believes in their dreams and works towards them, and I believe I will reach and possibly exceed my goal! I have talked often to people about Dreams, everyone has them I have never once found a dreamless person, I even know people with much bigger dreams than I have and I LOVE them all. We even added it to people’s profiles so people can share and connect through them. I love how each dream is very different yet in sharing it with others we all feel the same. That we are all working towards new goals and new Dreams. I think dreams become especially poignant when started through adversity, I read the news and almost daily I see amazing courageous people who have survived or suffered such adverse life situations that you surely wonder how they coped, yet they often like an arrow held back by tension of the bow when realized from this adversity they soar so high, dream so big that all most of us can do is watch in awe as they soar. Divorce and break ups can often feel like this that we are being held back enduring the tension until we feel we can barely hang on any longer. Until we feel that these horrible dismal feelings of loss and failure won’t leave. Luckily once time passes and the tension is released by finalizing of divorce or watching a partner move on or something emotional that suddenly shifts, you find yourself so self-propelled to take your own destiny by the horns that your dreams often become the biggest and most important ones of your life.

I have seen people, pack up and go on round the world on adventures, I have seen people go back to school, people like me open a million amazing businesses. People use their adverse pasts to educate and help others. People who almost you wouldn’t have thought they had it in them shine and sparkle the brightest you ever saw them with their new lives, new dreams and new goals. I really do always try to focus on the new dream building as much as possible, of course we all have the odd bad day, would be unrealistic to not ever back slide, but I am constantly encouraged and enlightened by other people divorce journeys, by other people dreams. Nothing makes me happier than seeing these incredible people’s BIG dreams come true. I look forward to hearing more and more stories of dreams coming true from our users, and I of course will continue to dream ridiculously big, my website is national by next year I hope to make it global, I hope to continue to make the website grow as a community where we can all go to dream, to connect, to share, encourage and support and I hope no matter your circumstances if you believe in dreams you will join us. We would love to hear your dreams and I would be thrilled to have you as part of our community!
